EMANPACK L-SHAPE PALLET INVERTER FOR INSERTION AND REMOVAL OF FREEZER SPACERS, THAT HELP FREEZE FOODS IN THE COLD STORAGE WAREHOUSING
Emanpack L shape 90 degree model is a versatile pallet changer machine which has different use and applications. It can be customized as conveyor attached or non-conveyor attached.
As it shows in the photo, the machine is able to add a motorized roller conveyor which can be used to separate the cargo for inserting the freezer spacer more conveniently.
Normally the machine is used in the frozen food and cold chain industry. Made for removing the freezer spacer after the food is frozen and ready for shipping. The side panel does not need to have the roller conveyor, only needs to have a flat panel.
The operation of this pallet inverter model is to tilt the load 90 degree and to have the load separate and have gaps in between. Give the convenience for the operator to remove the freezer spacer more easily.
If the pallet inverter is adopted the motorized roller conveyor system, it can be operated by the control button and make the separation for each stacks of the cargo, allow users to insert the freezer spacer to the gaps.
