How to give Protection to Aluminum profiles?
Aluminum profiles are prone to scratches, dents and corrosion during storage, transportation and installation. After the aluminum profiles are cut to size, they are packaged using specialized packaging machines.
Some machines may be used to apply LOGO tape stick around the aluminum profiles, while others simply wrap ordinary transparent polyethylene film around the bundles of profiles. Packaging uses protective film as a barrier to prevent these threats, minimize damage and maintain the quality of the profile.
What does the Aluminum profile Wrapping machine Can do?
- Fully automatic, specially designed for long products such as pipes and wood; low energy consumption; touch screen, PLC operation control; automatic film cutting and film grabbing device.
- Stable performance, 10-year service life, 2-year warranty.
- Designed and manufactured according to European standards, same quality, Chinese market price; CE certification.
- Accept customer design orders to meet different customer requirements.
- Suitable for packaging of slender items, the principle is: wrap the packaging material around the item through the rotating arm, and adjust the film stretching tension at the same time.
- Wide range of wrapping materials can be used, including plastic profiles, aluminum, plates, hoses, woven fabrics, etc.
Before most profiles are packaged, symmetrical profiles are grouped together to save space during transportation. Profiles can be stacked in groups of 2, 4, 6 or 8, depending on weight and geometry. After the profiles are grouped, they are transferred to the orbital bundle wrapper, which wraps them with stretch film.
All the steps involved in the process of packaging aluminum profiles can be done using automatic stretch wrapper. The profiles will be wrapped with a protective self-adhesive film/tape, and the film is sealed by a heater. They are then put together to form bales. Bales can be bundled with stretch film, crepe paper or nylon. After the main bale is created, it will be wrapped again with stretch nylon or placed inside a cardboard box. The entire bale will then be bundled with wooden tendons to prevent the profiles from scratching or rubbing during transportation.
