A floor tilter and suspended tilter

DESIGNATION:

Tilter is designed to turn the coils on anchor to the required position for further transportation of the product by vehicles or lifting machines.

ADDITIONAL PARAMETERS AND REQUIREMENTS:

1. Load capacity up to 6500 kg.
2. 2 (two) coils are installed on one anchor.
3. A hydraulic drive that provides the necessary moment for turning the load.
4. The possibility of tilting the load relative to two axes. (horizontal and vertical position of the load).

5. Stationary installation on the foundation in the pit, so that the load is at floor level.
6. Light and sound alarm system in accordance with the safety requirements.
7. Remote control.
8. Reliable (safe) fixing of anchors on the base of the tilter.
9. Maintainability.
10. Accompanying documentation supply.
11. Color-bright yellow RAL 6018.

Suspended tilter designed for strapping, moving and re-orientating up to 1300 kg reels (with wire).
